Thank terry, short update: we blew a tire in salt lake city but found a tireshop right away thankfully. Then proceded to dump the 75 gallons of drinking water we brought as we think we're a bit heavy on the axels. So far do good, just on the north side of vegas and hopefully at the tijuana crossing tomorrow

That mission trip sounds like it'll be an awesome experience! My neice and nephew are embarking on a similar trip to Africa. We wish you much success and safety on your journey!

Congrats, that's proper progress. Keep it up! Your comments regarding caloric balance are spot on, btw.

I did, I'm fine, just a bruised head. waiting for that to heal over before I get back into my running

Dang man, did you check and see if you got a concussion?

Nice stuff on the results man, and nice tips. Due to a personal injury last week (I slipped and cracked my head on some concrete last week while i was wasted...) im taking a break from my exercise plan for 2 weeks, or until i stop feeling so disjointed. Just using my food intake to maintain my weight while i get back to normal

It has some sorta co-op routine, but I can't test it because I only have a single set of sensors. Terry bought a second sensor set so maybe he knows if it tracks to different profiles.

How does the co-op work in this- (does it have co-op?)

This has me thinking it may be worth to buy it but the wife will want to exercise at the same time

Started last night as promised. I don't hurt too bad after the first one, so I think I'll continue.

Hey man, nice to see your making progress!

EA Sports Active 2 is out of my price reach for the moment, I have other pressing matters to attend to financially before spending money on more games

I will also be posting to my weight loss blog this week and resuming weekly updates, the last month was a bit hectic with my holiday and all.

    Keep up the good work!

Alright, this blog is pushing me over the edge. I'm doing it instead of talking about it. Setting everything up tonight and doing my first exercise with EA Active 2.

You can check on me, and if I don't do it this time, you can publicly call me out on it. Really, I mean it.
