It's been quite an interesting week or two, all for good reasons.

Having recently just seen the Mirror's Edge Time Trial trailer its suddenly made that game jump up to the top of my most wanted listed, even though I was extremely excited about it before hand. I'm not always that big into high score chasing, but much like WipEout I just know I will be getting addicted to trying to set the best times I can, and the fact that you will be able to chase times set by Sebastian Foucan? ...

May is turning into one hell of a busy month for me. Not only is that start of our busy period at my family's garden center which is my place of work, it's also the final month of the course I've been doing since September, which means I have two assignments to hand-in. And thats coupled with trying to fit in enough gaming time, mod duties and general user duties here, and also trying to take my first steps into a number of different things. So...

So yeh, some of you might be aware that I was looking into getting a hdtv (finally) recently. Well now I have one, went out and bought a 32" LCD 720p TV made by JVC yesterday for £525 and got it delivered and setup this morning. Had to mess around with the settings alittle to get it to display in 720p instead of 1080i, but going from a 21" SDTV to this is some change. Looks so much better and the bigger screen is fantastic, and finally I got to see the PlayStation Store properly and not ...

This isn't really a serious blog post at all, but I've seen a advert on tv the last few days for the Volkswagen Polo and thought it was classic...so enjoy!

So on Friday 1st Feb 2008 I was in my local town to pick up a replacement pair of thigh waders (taken up fishing again since the start off the new year) and I took a look around my local GAME store to see what they had for the PS3 that I might buy.

And for some odd reason I had decided I wanted to pick up NHL 08 and Armored Core 4 If I could get my hands on them. So I had a quick look round before picking up what I was after...well atleast some off it as I picked up NHL 2k8 instead ...
