I played 2 games of the demo, once on the 360, once on the PS3. Graphically the game looks the same, I did have some frame drops from time to time on the PS3 version of the demo but that could have just been a buggy animation that I can't repeat on both systems. Controls are unchange and do not take long to understand. Unlike last year's demo the picthers are fixed to always have the same starters on each system. Kind of annoying but no big deal. I played as the Cardinals each time. ...
I had pretty high epectations for this game because the first game really was a technical marvel on the PC. Obviously the consoles will be a hurdle, but with impressive visuals in games like God of War, Killzone, Gears of War, Bioshock and Assassins Creed just to name a few; I set the bar fairly high. The visuals in Crysis 2, in the demo are very "muddy". You see lots of jagged edges, which ultimately create a muddy view. The textures all look fairly low resolution compared to many games ...
