I just got my PS3 (exchange) back last night. Sony uses FedEx to ship their refurbs and exchanges. They're VERY strict about the delivery address too, and they don't allow you to switch it to another location or to a FedEx pickup location either. Stupid policy if you ask me. I almost didn't get my system back because of this (Called Sony and they couldn't help me).
