Not knowing what to expect, I showed up at Galloping Ghost Arcade a little early, show was scheduled for 8 p.m. First of all, there was no additional cost aside from the Galloping Ghost $15 entrance fee. (which as we all know, pays for itself with unlimited plays on any machine!) Keith was there setting up, and was in character the ENTIRE TIME. He had a small crew setting up with him. While we all wandered about the arcade talking about what we could expect, Keith came out of the back room and started walking around saying, "You guys wanna party with me? Follow me!"

And the crowd did just that—it started growing and we followed him around the arcade, literally. He then proceeded to harass anyone who was still gaming. At one point he climbed on top of several arcade cabinets to get the attention of two guys and then somehow managed to get down! (See video below)

Once we got settled in the very tight, hot room (running multiple PS3s and Xbox 360s running some fighting game title screens), we noticed he had a complete Sega CD set up with the CD player application ready to go, and two NeoGeo cabinets were set up as well. After announcing he had to use the bathroom (and getting himself locked out from the door he exited, Keith returned to the main entrance to the room in his trademark Virtual Boy suit and began performing his first song.

He then went on to perform most of his songs, and one new one based on the ULTIMATE WARRIOR (of WWF/WWE fame)!! Which was pretty funny. In between songs he would make jokes and have conversations with everyone. I was literally pretty much laughing from the time I saw him until I got into my car to leave.

And while performing each song, he would constantly be giving the mic to people who knew the words, dancing with anyone who would dance with him. It was a ridiculous amount of fun. After his show, he stuck around well after I left to sign autographs, take pictures, play games. And again, NEVER broke character. He shared a nice big sweat stain on my back, and signed my poster too.

As you can see from one of the pics, I was there too. I had a blast! Keith (Nathan) is so energetic, he get the whole room pumped. He was a sweaty mess when he was done, but it was totally hilarious and totally worth it. I hope GG has him back again.
