I weighed in this morning at 170 which means I didn't gain from my last weigh in which shocks the hell out of me since I ate so much fried food last weekend, I though for sure I was in for a surprise. I have to admit I am not very motivated to do much. It is so hot and being outside during the day makes me a bit lazy when I get home. My goal is to make good food choices and cut down on the drinking which I know is a factor in my weight gain.
