VGEvo Moderator changes

Our good friend Ravenblade86 has decided to step down from the position of Moderator for the site. This was a decision he made a while ago and it has been discussed at length with both Ken and myself as well. Raven put his heart and soul into this place since Sept. 13, 2007, moving up to moderator soon after joining VGEvo. Raven (Paul) took care of this place often with enthusiasm and care, maintaining what needed to be done; being the voice for what was right and going above and beyond the call of duty.

As he steps down, we want to offer our infinite thanks and give him a lifetime Gold membership to VGEvo. We hope he will return often and enjoy the site as a valued member.

On a similar note, we want to offer a hearty congratulations to Anim8td_fan as he steps into the role of VGEvo Moderator. Anim8td has been with us a long time as well, and we think he will prove to be an excellent addition to the site staff.

Please use this thread to thank Ravenblade for his years of service and to welcome Anim8td to his new position. Thanks!

Its been a pleasure to be a member of Vgevo for almost two years now, and a pleasure to be part of the site staff for the last 20+ months. For the most part its mostly just involved moving threads and banning spammers as we really haven't had many trouble makers. But as the site continues to grow all the time it has meant the work load has increased, and really that was the reason for me stepping down. I've been happy to give my free time to help Vgevo, but I'd like to have some of my free time to do other things, like actually getting to play some games

I will still be about though, I'm not going to vanish off the site, perhaps not just as much though.

And big congratz to Anim8td_fan, I'm sure you will do a great job and I'm sure Ken and Terry think the same since they are the ones who made the decision to promote you
