Life gets in the way, but to remain a part of this group you need to post, especially if you're serious about your weight loss. If you do not post for one month, you will stop receiving PM reminders.

190.4 this week. That's up 0.4 since I started the 30-day challenge, which I'll be done with on Wednesday...actually ends up being only 28 days, just like...never mind, the girls will know what I mean.

187 this morning... but not too worried about the slight weight gain... I'm pretty sure it's partially from exercise and building a little muscle (or atleast I'll keep hoping it is... unless I continue a quick upward climb and my pants don't fit anymore)

So, after a full 30-days of EA Active, a diet of 1200-1400 calories per day, I lost a total of 2.2 lbs. I'm down to 187.8.

Tomorrow I start EA Active on Medium. Stay tuned for more weight loss progress.
