My starting weight is 245.3, as of Monday. I'll probably post weekly updates.
One of my resolutions for the new year was to eliminate eating out except for once a week. That helps.
Also cut out the soda for the most part because I'm offended at discovering they designed it so you keep drinking it with all that sodium, plus it's chock full o' high f*cktard corn syrup.
Also no more booze. Although that's more for medical reasons. Sucked pouring all of it down the drain, and I tried giving the Barenjager and Bailey's away; but no takers so that's probably gonna get dumped as well.
I'm trying to go a bit Atkins'sy; but I've got one more burger patty left from the freezer. Waste not, want not. After that I'm going to avoid bread stuffs.
I weighed in today, up by five pounds to 215. I love boobs - just not on meeeee!
Unfortunately these changes don't seem to be helping whatever's eating me inside. Which is part of the reason I'm not getting as much exercise as I could be, even vigorous walking results in a bad outcome. Hope it's just an ulcer. Won't know for sure until next month hopefully.![]()

Nice work.
I'm down 3.8 lbs. (186.6) this week. Didn't really do much - no exercise - but I did watch my diet, but then again, I always try to do that.
This week I plan to get in some EA Active and avoid snacking in between meals. Especially after I eat dinner.

Today I weigh in at 179 again this week which is holding steady from last week, which I can't complain about. I did a great job following my eating plan this week and exercised 4 days which as my goal. Now that I have plateaued (officially started my diet the first week of January and started at 187.5), more work will need to be done!
Up from 225.8 to 227.3 and I know why. My aunt's funeral was this past weekend and we had a lot of family in town, which meant lots of going out to eat, etc.

Week 1 Results:
All I did this week was start drinking more water, replace half my Mountain Dew intake with Sprite Zero (quite good), and watched how much I snacked.
This puts me down a a total of 3lbs.
This week's goal for myself is to go back to the gym 3 days a week for pure cardio to start out.
