I picked up RE5 after last Christmas because the entire bundle was only $20 on the PSN Store. I have to say that I think RE4 is a better game and I liked it more than RE5.

#1: Completed King of Fighters XIII Story Mode (01/02/12) (PS3) - great fighting game with a large, unique roster.
#2: Completed Portal (01/03/12) (PC/Steam) - That Part 3/4 the way though made the game amazing.
#3: Completed Portal 2 (01/05/12) (PC/Steam) - Flippin fantastic set of games
#4: Completed inFamous 2 (01/23/12) (PS3) - Finished as "Hero". Great game!
#5: Completed Yakuza 4 (01/29/12) (PS3) - Not quite as good as 3, but still amazing! Totally epic Boss fights.
#6: Completed Resident Evil 4 for the first time (01/31/12) (PS2) - One of the best Resi games ever. Blows 5 outta the water, and I loved 5.

The more I played of Resi 4 the more I didn't want to sleep. Consider this morning; I played all night long and didn't go to bed until like 7am. Totally epic, addictive and really fun. Leon Kennedy is such a badass.

1. Limbo (Steam, 2012/01/02)

Creepy adorable little game, but surprisingly short though. Loved the physics based puzzles and dense atmosphere. Being a hobbyist photographer made me appreciate the presentation for days (film grain, out of focus fore-/background, high contrast b&w, etc).

While playing MGS2, I couldn't shake the feeling that I wanted to play MGS4 again. Come to think of it, I haven't even played MGS4 on a HDTV, yet. Anyway, I was pretty rusty playing MGS2, but I got the hang of it a bit longer into the game.

As for the other game I cleared this year... Let's just call that game a curiosity of mine.

1) Batman: Arkham Asylum

Loved this game, at times felt like I was back tracking and repeating but still had a blast, wish I didn't wait so long to play this, look forward to Arkham City
