Vita Games

When i pick up mine on Wednesday, I am also picking up the $39.99 Starter set, and dropping a few PSP games onto the 4gb memory card from the starter set.

All I have is escape plan and Little Deviants right now. Had planned to get more, but people saying some games have little replay value, I will be waiting for price drops and GameFly'ing....

People saying all games these days have little replay. Honestly it's what games you like and how you feel about the replay value.

Went to Target and got my 3 Vita games (buy 2 get 1 free). Picked up Hot Shots Golf, Wipeout 2048 and Lumines. It wasn't without a little difficulty, though. I had a cashier in the electronics dept. with some real attitude. He rang up the 3 games for full price and I pointed out the sale in their flyer. He hadn't seen the flyer and after complaining up and down, he went to the customer service desk, grabbed a flyer and complained about it to another co-worker--leaving me alone with the games on the counter (pretty stupid move...if I was a dishonest person I could've walked away with the games). He came back and told me it was probably not in the computer because the Vita wasn't out yet, and the sale would probably be active then. I then told him that the flyer date started yesterday and there was nothing in there stating the sale "only being active on Wednesday" when the Vita came out. They had the games and it was in the flyer. He seemed a bit peeved about the thought of having to adjust the price. I told him that I could go to another store and get the deal if he didn't want to honor it. Then the attitude came back and he told me that he could "care less about the 40 bucks" and that he didn't work on commission. I got a mixed message about him not wanting to help me and not caring if Target got their money. In any case, he was pretty rude. A supervisor had to tell him to "just do the sale."

Hopefully none of you have to go through the same stupidity that I did to get a game sale advertised in a store's flyer.

Sorry you had to go through that man. I'm a retail manager myself and I cringe at even the thought of that kind of behavior.

Uncharted has a ton of treasure hunting in it. Way more extra stuff then any other Uncharted single player experience. Plus its just a great game. Wipeout is definitely worth a buy as it doesnt get much better for a racer aside from the load times.

I could have passed on Hot shots and modnation if i did it again but I am loving modnation the more I get into it

I once got told I didn't know what I was talking about regarding the PS3 HD Re-releases by someone in Gamestation, called me a to, "keep dreaming sunshine, come back to reality with the rest of us, moron!" I had to prove him wrong, showed him the GoW HD game, he went bright red... while his manager was in the background writing down everything that had happened... he was gone the next day!... Have these people never heard of the saying, "The customer is always right"!?

On another note, it much be so taunting to have the games in your possession and not have something to play them on!

I worked retail for a few years too. It's not acceptable. If you hate your job that much, don't work there, plain and simple. I didn't get a look at his name tag, and that Target is out of the way for me. If I ever go in there again and see him acting the same way, I'll get his name.

@Jake - Yeah, it's cool to have all those little game cases in my hand, but not being able to play the games was tough. Not long of a wait now!
