This is a list of everything known about Retroids @ MGC weekend (and even before the weekend) that you may want to know. We plan on posting up some LIVE video of the room via Twitch.tv as well, so look for that and for interaction between people at the show and Retroids members on the site. Also, the Ken Cam is back this year! Check it out at various times during the weekend, as Ken roams around the show, touting all the goodness that is MGC!

Join us in the Retroids room for a ton of gaming goodness! Retroids founders (Ken and Terry) will be running consoles at their tables as well as debuting their Retroids Videolympics high score contest. The Retroids Podcast Network (RPN) will be around to meet and greet their listeners. Join them in some casual gaming sessions with Street Fighter X Tekken, as well as their designated contests and podcast roundtable sessions. Galloping Ghost arcade joins us in the Retroids room again this year, and will have a myriad of arcade games to play, including a custom Street Fighter X Tekken arcade cabinet! Learn how to wire up your own arcade cabinet in their hands-on classes, and play against Team GGA in the newest iteration of Mortal Kombat. High score champions will also be on-hand to take on all challengers in a variety of games. Check out the list of the scheduled events below:

10am - Forza 4 (Xbox 360) Racing Contest (all day) [360 Nation]
11am - Retroids Videolympics: First session - High score contest featuring Atari 2600 and Nintendo Entertainment System games. Compete to get on the high score board and to win one of two awesome Retroids prize packages!

1pm - Arcade cabinet wiring 101: First session (learn how to wire an arcade cabinet) [Galloping Ghost Arcade]

4pm - Dark Presence presentation - Check out the newest updates on the fighting game created by Galloping Ghost Productions [Galloping Ghost Arcade]
5pm - Play the newest Mortal Kombat (PS3) game in a custom arcade cabinet against Team GGA [Galloping Ghost Arcade]
6pm - Play arcade games against world record holders, Matt Rocco, Matt Walters and Udey Kumra [Galloping Ghost Arcade]
6:15pm- 7:15 pm - Head over to the Star Worlds Room (still downstairs, just a few rooms over) to join many of the special guests including Ken and Terry who are on trading cards! Guests can talk with and get signed trading cards from many card holders.
Between 8:30 & 9pm until 1am - Retroids MGC After Party
After the show closes-up for the day, come on down to the Retroids room for our annual party. It’s completely BYO, and we can point you to a liquor store that’s right down the street No one under 21 will be admitted unfortunately, so we don’t get in trouble with the law. Bring your PS Vita for some multiplayer fun!

Start time: Between 8:30pm and 9:00 p.m.
End time: promptly @ 1:00 a.m. (you don't have to go home, but you can't stay here!) If you're still in the room @ 1:00, that means you're helping us clean up!
Keeping with the success of last year, we're bumping up the decade to 1990! Put on your acid wash jeans and flannel shirt for this Blast to Tommy Hilfiger's past! Hang with your favorite podcasters and members for one night of mad fun!
Also, bring your iPhones & iPod Touches, as you'll be able to make song suggestions and recommendations directly from Apple's Remote app! Simply join the local network and select "The Amplified Gamers' Library" to send your request!.
- Must be 21 to enter. This is non-negotiable, and we will be checking.
- Do not enter, store, or drink near the sound booth under penalty of death.
- Management reserves the right to remove and/or deny access to this event for any reason.
- Don't be a douche.

Sunday, March 25th
11am - Crafting Mama - The Crafting Mama gals are doing "glass bead magnets" for kids of all ages to make and take with them. Choose from a wide variety of video game characters for your magnet...from Pac-Man to Mega Man, and many others! As an alternative project, video game coloring pages will be available for kids to color in their favorite characters such as Mario, Sonic, Zelda and Link. All materials will be provided for these projects. (ends at 3pm)
