Okami HD (PS3)

Good lord am I excited. Of Sony lets me do that preinstall preorder thing, i will literally do it as soon as humanly possible. I have been praying for an hd version of this since i went back and bought it on wii. Plus, if the trailer is any indication, this game is going to look reeeeeeal good.

I was real close to getting this on Wii a couple of times, and now I'm glad I didn't. Good price point too. Doesn't it play sorta like Zelda?

The game art style was inspired by Wind Waker, and then the game itself impressed the Zelda team so much they made Twilight Princess complete with wolf mode to homage it.

It's close enough to Zelda in gameplay to warrant the comparisons, but it's got some interesting unique gameplay concepts. Long game, and never beat it, so I'll have to give it another shot when this comes out.

I wonder if they'll include the Clover Studio credits this time, or just the people who ported it like they did with the Wii version. :\

Yeah, that was such a dick move.

I'm not sure if they reconsider though, because Capcom answered a bunch of questions on the official blog post and dodged all the remarks regarding the Studio Clover credits

Glad to see this after having played both versions and really enjoyed the game. I prefer the PS2 version. It will be interesting to see and play in HD.

Then I take it you missed this one, then...

And yes, if you were wondering, the original credits with the Clover studio staff from the PlayStation 2 version—which were unfortunately missing from the Wii version—are back in Okami HD.
