Default Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus (aka the most NSFW-game for PS Vita)

So there was a PS Vita-game released over in Japan that got its attention for its recent sales number, fan-service and some other things I'd rather wanna mention.

But anyways, "Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus" just got released for PS Vita (for a couple of days ago, at the time of this writing) and some of us even imported the game/downloaded it off from the Japanese PS Store. I had the first impression that this looked like a Dynasty Warriors-clone, but after playing this for a while, I feel this is a slightly gameplay mix of that game and Power Stone, since you're actually fighting in a small area.

Really enjoying this game despite its NSFW-themes going on in this game. But don't expect much screencaps from me on here, though.

So, anyone here who have imported it/bought it off PSN have some impressions of it?

Question, what's the point of using the strip ability? What's the benefit of using that?

Also, is the online region locked? I've briefly checked the multiplayer option, and saw something marked with a lock. I'm guessing that's the online, but I didn't mess with it for long.

That strip-ability power-up is meant to be the powerful among the three modes. Keep using that and you will gain experience for them like:

I've cleared the single player missions with all the girls of the three dojos you begin with. Completed the story mode with the default dojo.

The stripping power up is pretty crazy. The only drawback is you don't really level grind as much when you use it early on. So your health and ninja magic stocks don't increase as much.

I'm guessing I need to beat the game with the remaining two dojos to unlock the fourth dojo?

Yep, clearing all the dojos unlocks the fourth. I've now cleared the game with all girls, school, and the bonus mission with the two - I assume they're sisters?

So far my only complaint is, from what I've gleaned from the FAQ, is the lack of a difficulty setting. Once you clear the game, it would be nice to replay it with more aggressive enemy AI to make additional character grinding more enjoyable.

No doubt there will be a sequel, and I'm looking forward to it.

Although I'm a bit sad Ami Ami didn't include their Vita carry case with my pre-order. I guess I pre-ordered far too early?

All that remains is grinding and unlocking the remaining ten panties from the lottery.

Has anybody purchased the DLC girls?

I don't have a second memory card so I haven't purchased the DLC. I'm currently working through the second school right now. I'm actually on their last chapter.

I've been wondering, why do some chapters force you to go through all the sections at once without returning to your base and some chapters let you come back?

Also, where's the bonus mission? Is it at a specific school, or is it an extra menu option after clearing all the schools?

I think the game sold enough enough that a sequel will be made. Not sure what they can improve in the game though. It already works just fine. Maybe try an Orochi style tag system?
